Homad Associates was founded on the 20th of January 2009, and incorporated under the Companies Act of 1990 with the Registration Number (RC: 796961), we deliver unique ideas and thorough attention to detail to assure the effective execution of any project, whether it is residential, commercial, or industrial.
We have successfully completed various projects across Nigeria, ranging from libraries and community centers to hospitals and massive silicon chip manufacturers. Our versatility and breadth of competence allow us to tackle a wide range of project types with ease.
Homad Associates LTD is dedicated to making dreams a reality via our full design and construction services. Among our notable designs are the Gusau Hotel Zamfara, Asokoro Estate, Zamfara Stadium, Mararraba Estate, Ned Model School, and Stallion Estate Mabushi.
